Meet Deborah Gardener who drove down from the Cache Valley to attend the conference. That is baby "M." Baby M was only one of half a dozen babies at the conference which was super fun. It's always great seeing women integrate their work and family life. If only all employers were as cool about helping their workers find a balance as OrangeSoda.

Now, Deborah runs an non-profit called One Heart Bulgaria that makes it easy to get involved and make a difference for the basic needs of orphans in Bulgaria. I'm sure you all remember the heart-rendering pictures of orphans that emerged from the eastern block when the Soviet Union crumbled. Deborah is working to relieve the need of those orphans.

I love that Deborah, who has five (5) kids and runs One Heart from her home by the way, has such a dedication to provide essential and emotional needs for children that are so far away. If you're looking for a way to sponsor an orphanage or work for a special project, Deborah will help you make a life-changing difference for an orphan.

I'm so impressed with Deborah. I'm now motivated to do something on my own.
