Corolla For Sale

Did you ever think you'd see the day? Actually see it?

BELIEVE IT

My old car is for sale.

Own a piece of history! Not actual history, more like history of my mind. I forgot where I was going with that simile.

BREAKING:

Whoa! This little ad that I threw up at 1:00am this morning has made The Consumerist. I feel like I'm the prom princess! (The one on Glee, of course, since I'm knocked up. Teen pregnancy! Always funny!)

If it will pass emissions and inspection it may be exactly what we're looking for. Seriously. I'll be in touch as soon as it is a decent hour to be in touch.

Good luck; I hope can sell it right away!

I clicked over to your witty ad and noticed a little typo; a "than" when it should be a "then" -- I thought you would want to know.

Best. car. ad. ever.

By "needs new brakes," do you mean that death would be certain, or just that they squeak or something? Because I may be interested.

Thanks, Sara, let see if I can figure out how to edit the ad.

Erin, the last time I drove it the brakes made a horrible scraping sound and didn't work on one side. I don't know if it needs new pads or new brakes. I am willing to bargain on the price, and I will pay to have it toted to the mechanic of your choice.

Or edit myself, sheesh. Typing on phones! So accurate!
