i once attempted to kill an enormous spider on my carpet with a shoe. But upon impact the said spider birthed thousands of microscopic baby spiders that sprayed out in every direction.

I think I may be more impressed that you know how to type that fancy nicoise "c" that impressed that you can make that salad. It does look delicious and I do know where you can get a good one in my neck of the woods...

I was so happy I could sneak a peek at your new home while I was visiting. I can't wait to see the transformations... except for that playroom -- that, my friend, should never be transformed. LOVED it and all it's retro glory.

Two words - bug bomb. They work great. Just do it when you will be out of the house for half a day or more. (I know, but its worth it.)

We didn't have many bugs and spiders when we moved into our house--at first. It was like they decided now that people were inhabiting their once empty house it was time to unleash hell on us. And they have. But I'm quick with the eco-friendly bug spray. I should have a holster. That's how I deal with spiders. They never know what hit them. Then I wait for them to dry and then I vacuum them up. My husband won't kill them--he says they eat the bad bugs. I say they make webs and look creepy. I win.

Obviously you have physical limitations that inhibit you from successfully fulfilling your end of the bargain in the spider deal. I think you should just be like, You kill them and clean them and I'll make your dinner.
