Up the Mountain at a Canter

The kids ran out of the kitchen and up the stairs, taking paint off the corners in a rush to get to the play room. Other Half turned to me and said, "Sometimes I wonder, if we have two more children, that our kids will be the four horsemen of the apocalypse."

So we took our two horsemen up to the Squaw Peak overlook.

E.G. found his school.

It's a large rectangle, by the way.

Look! All the pretty colors! Everyone knows that if you don't see the colors, they don't actually exist.

E.G. was exceedingly worried that there would be cougars and we would be eaten. We were not.

Everyone had a drink.

And no one fell off the mountain,

which we count as a good day.
