For those of you looking for a cake topper, I know where to get one. This was actually a fun trip, better than I expected. We ate too much, I read plenty, and relaxed more. But the 'no internet' thing stunk.

If anyone tries to takes you to the buffet at the Flamingo, knife them in the back for they are your mortal enemy. I can't believe I had to waste those calories.

Travel Tip

If a plane is only mostly full and you are traveling with a baby, no one will sit next to you. Awesome. Our own row on both flights! I don't even have a tale of woe to make you laugh, the kids were perfect. I still can't shake the feeling that planes are just big buses.

Melissa from Snug-a-Bug Baby and the famous Tales From the Crib speaks on a panel along with the super-awesome Raw Melissa from, well, Raw Melissa. You might know her raw and vegan foods from our local health food stores. She makes a MEAN raw coconut macaroon. She and I bonded over baby Proximo who was in a sling--Raw Melissa wholeheartedly approves!
